We want that our relation be based on common trust, so we use the
following Return & exchange policy, that will guarantee your rights in case you
pass through a situation where you'll need to exchange the product, by defect in
the product or because you had choosen an incorrect size.
Note that:
All our products are always verified before send, so we can guarantee that any
product has defects.
Read below the necessary procedures when occur:
Exchange -
Every product purchased through our site may be changed if:
1) Dissatisfaction:
It only be accepted exchanges or returns of orders by reason of
dissatisfaction if you
had choosen an incorrect size of a product.
There are many products on our website who demand you to choose a
size: like the rings, clothes, footwear.
Note that:
it's normal if you have a mistake on a size, and that way if you want to change
a product for this reason we will accept.
You just have to inform us of that mistake until 7 calendar days
from the date you've received the product. The product must be in in perfect
condictions, in their original packaging with accessories (if included) and
bill.
The value of the shipment will not be refunded.
* Before
you choose a product that demands you to chose a size you must read carefully
our information about sizes; if you still have doubts please contact us, or use
our live support contact.
2) Defect in the product:
Defect or failure -
immediately notify our office, by phone, by e-mail or by our live support, to
arrange for replacement of the product.
We will not accept complaints after 7 days after receiving the
product.
After you notify us about a defect in the product you'll have to
send us the product. The product must be in their original packaging with
accessories (if included) and bill.
The value of the shipment will not be refunded.
We will provide the replacement of the product as soon as
possible; the time of replacement will depend on the availability time of the
product (that information is display on the product description).
- If the customer want to exchange the product for another of
equal value, as it has been a defect or failure on the first product: the
customer can make it, if the customer notify us until 7 calendar days from the
date you've received the product. The product must be in their original
packaging with accessories (if included) and bill.
The value of the shipment will not be refunded.
- If the customer don't want to exchange the product but prefer
to be refunded of the amount because it has a defect or failure on product: the
customer can make it, if the customer notify us until 7 calendar days from the
date you've received the product. The product must be in their original
packaging with accessories (if included) and bill.
The value of the shipment will not be refunded.
Cancellation of the order
We reserve ourselves the right to cancel purchases in exceptional
cases such as:
- No approval of the purchase by the entity administering the
credit card. Before the cancellation, our company will contact by e-mail or
phone offering another payment option;
- Non-payment of the amount until 7 calendar days from the date
you've made the order. If we verified this situation the order will be canceled.
If you want you can place your order again with a new date for payment.
- Data that does not add or absence of data. If the data provided
by customers are not confirmed, the customer will receive a notice via e-mail
and may come into contact to provide further data or even change the already
sent. If the customer does not return the contact and confirm the information,
purchase will be canceled.
